We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for your ongoing support for HINO TEAM SUGAWARA.

After competing in the Silk Way Rally 2016 across Russia, Kazakhstan and China between July 8 and 24, HINO TEAM SUGAWARA had been planning to enter its HINO500 Series Car 2 (driven by Teruhito Sugawara) in Rally Mongolia 2016, which is scheduled to be held between August 7 and 14. Unfortunately, however, we must announce that circumstances have forced the team to cancel its entry in this rally.

It is with great regret that we bring this news to those who have been looking forward to the HINO500 Series truck's performance in Rally Mongolia. The team is currently working closely together in its preparations for Dakar Rally 2017, to be held between January 2 and 14, 2017 in Paraguay, Bolivia and Argentina, where the team aims to make its 26th straight finish and extend its winning streak in the Under 10-litre class to eight, as well as finish in the top group in the overall Trucks category.
