Also, we would like to contribute to making the world a better place to live by helping people and goods get where they need to go, through strengthening our ties between customers and the local communities in the region.”

Hino positions the Middle East and its surrounding region as a “growth market” and is taking steps to strengthen its sales and service operations. The Hino Motors Middle East Parts Depot was established to improve Hino’s spare parts supply in response to the growing number of Hino vehicle units in operation in the region. The depot is located in the Dubai World Central Free Zone in the emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. (The spare parts to the region were/are shipped from Hino Motors (Europe) N.V. located in Belgium before switching supply from Hino Motors Middle East Parts Depot.)
The shipment of spare parts for destinations in UAE began late in August 2013, and is planning to ship parts to other authorized distributors in the region.

Additionally, the Middle East Parts Depot will also be responsible for marketing operations for the parts business allowing the depot to provide after sales services that better suits the needs of customers in the region.

“Total Support” is the name that Hino gives to its operations of providing the utmost support to its customers throughout the life cycles of Hino vehicles, and is pursuing this operation on a global level. In the Middle East, the new Parts Depot and the Service Training Center (founded in March 2009) will play a central role in Hino’s initiatives to provide the vehicles and services which contribute to the successful business operations of the customers.
