On March 11, 2022, Hino Motors, Ltd. established a Special Investigation Committee comprised of outside experts to investigate the misconduct concerning engine certification announced on March 4, 2022. Hino has received an investigation report and is releasing the attached Investigation Report (Summary). Please note that part of the report released today has been withheld from disclosure with the consent of the Special Investigation Committee, in order to protect the privacy of the relevant individuals and the company's trade secrets, among other purposes.
