Hino Motors, Ltd. (headquartered in Hino City, Tokyo; president: Satoshi Ogiso; hereinafter referred to as "Hino") will display "Hino Dutro Z EV," a small-sized battery-electric truck at "JAPAN MOBILITY SHOW BIZWEEK 2024" (hosted by Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association, Inc.; hereinafter referred to as "JAMA"), which will be held at Makuhari Messe (Chiba-shi, Chiba Prefecture) from October 15 to 18.

The truck will be displayed in the joint display area of the member companies of JAMA under the theme of "All roads lead to the future."

　

■ Hino Dutro Z EV (released in June 2022, and its modified model released on September 18, 2024)
This is a small-sized battery-electric truck with high usability in last-mile delivery and zero emissions. The ultralow-bed structure, which was realized with a chassis exclusively for battery-electric vehicles (BEVs), make it easier to handle packages and get in or get out of the truck, contributing to the reduction of drivers' fatigue and burdens.
This time, we will display a walk-through van. You can experience walking smoothly from the driver's seat to the cargo space.

On October 16, President Satoshi Ogiso will participate in the business session of the panel discussion "Future Mobility Forum" as an executive director of JAMA. He will discuss an affluent mobility society with dreams with intellectuals under the theme: "What is the 'Japanese-Style' Strategy for Carbon Neutrality?"
