Against a backdrop of steady economic growth, the demand for commercial vehicles in Mongolia is growing. To cater to the needs of our customers in the country, we have set up an authorized sales and service center with cooperation from the Sumitomo Corporation. We will start off by selling heavy-duty trucks and offer best-fit products that match the needs of our customers. We will also be building the foundations of our spare parts supply and service systems to help maximize the up-times of our customers' vehicles. Going forward, we will be offering support services aimed at maintaining each vehicle in their optimum conditions, including on-site servicing at resource mining sites.

Going forward, by offering best-fit products and enhancing our Total Support system, and by moving forward with the entire Team Hino working as a tightly-knit team, we aim to grow with our customers as their trusted partner, and are committed to contribute to Mongolia's economic growth and the development of its many communities by providing trucks that underlie the lives of the country's people.

To achieve our vision embodied in our slogan "Trucks and buses that do more," Hino focuses on our three directions, namely, "Best-fit products incorporating safety and environmental technologies," "Total support customized for each vehicle" and "New activity areas." We are committed to take on every challenge that we face in order to provide our customers and societies with these values on an ongoing basis.
